Henry Schein is adopting IFS Cloud’s field service management technology to streamline dental equipment operations across international markets and support global expansion.
Henry Schein is rolling out IFS Cloud’s enterprise software to modernize its dental field operations and consolidate service platforms across global markets. The move reportedly will enable the company to unify field service management systems, starting in key markets in Europe and North America, with the goal of improving technical support and scaling international growth.
Streamlining Service Across Borders
The company will implement IFS Cloud’s Mobile Workforce Management, Planning and Scheduling Optimization, and Field Service Management solutions. According to a press release from the two companies, these tools will help Henry Schein create a global service template to manage field technician operations more efficiently, replacing a patchwork of disconnected systems.
Henry Schein identified a need to centralize its operations on a single platform to improve scalability and customer experience. The cloud-based system will also allow the company to migrate previously unsupported or on-premise applications to a unified infrastructure.
Supporting Growth with Integrated Technology
“With IFS, we can easily expand the use of this technology as our business grows,” said Davide Fazioni, vice president global dental equipment and service at Henry Schein. “The ability of IFS Cloud to meet complex use cases out-of-the-box from a single platform will allow us to consolidate applications and optimize our ways of working.”
Henry Schein will also use IFS Success services, which are designed to help companies implement and maximize their use of IFS solutions. These services include best practices, process improvement support, and ongoing optimization.

Global Rollout with Partner Support
IFS will oversee the implementation in collaboration with Henry Schein’s employees, known internally as Team Schein Members. The company will support the global rollout and help ensure the platform delivers long-term operational benefits.
“Henry Schein’s decision to consolidate service infrastructure with IFS is a testament to their focus on driving greater visibility and efficiency across their global business,” said Simon Niesler, chief revenue officer at IFS. “Our AI-powered cloud solutions are designed to adapt so that, as customers expand, they can integrate new capabilities or add functionalities seamlessly.”
