The Propel System is a micro-invasive procedure, calledMicro-Osteoperforation™, designed to reduce the time required for toothmovement. Performed by orthodontists, the procedure stimulates thealveolar bone to induce an inflammatory response that accelerates toothmovement in the treated area. According to the company, when theprocedure is used during active treatment, the length of time requiredto move teeth has been reduced up to 50%.
