The Clinician Outreach and Communication Activity call will provide an overview of the updated CDC guidance for resuming non-emergency dental care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) will hold a COCA call specifically focused on guidance for the dental space amid COVID-19 tomorrow. This is the first dentistry-focused COCA, or Clinician Outreach and Communication Activity, call ever.
The 1-hour call will take place on Wednesday, June 3, at 2 pm ET. Information on how to attend the call are available on the CDC website.
Presenters will provide an overview of the updated CDC guidance for dental settings, including recommendations for resuming non-emergency dental care during the COVID-19 pandemic. Presenters will also discuss strategies for dental healthcare facilities to optimize personal protective equipment (PPE).
