beBright has appointed Jeff Komoroski as chief financial officer, effective December 1, succeeding Michael Polcyn, who will retire at year’s end.


beBright, a doctor-led dual-specialty support organization focused on pediatric and orthodontic care, named Jeff Komoroski as chief financial officer, effective December 1. He succeeds Michael Polcyn, who will retire at the end of the year.

Komoroski’s Background

Komoroski brings over 25 years of experience in finance, accounting, and operations. He has held CFO roles at multi-location healthcare groups, including a 300-location urgent care network and a 45-location primary/immediate care group. He holds an MBA and is both a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor.

Focus at beBright

At beBright, Komoroski will support the expansion of the organization’s integrated pediatric and orthodontic care model. He will focus on strengthening financial infrastructure, improving analytics, and aligning strategy with beBright’s mission and growth goals.

Polcyn, who led the company’s finance function during a period of rapid growth, will retire at year’s end. beBright thanked him for his leadership.
