The company is establishing a US production hub and has formed alliances with Benco Dental and SCHEU Group to distribute its shape memory aligner materials.
Graphy Inc, a company specializing in 3D printing-based materials, has announced a strategy to expand its presence in the US market. The plan includes the construction of a production facility in Florida for its Shape Memory Aligners (SMA) and new partnerships with distributor Benco Dental and Germany’s SCHEU Group. The company detailed its plans at LMT Lab Day 2026 and CDS 2026 in Chicago.
Florida Production Hub to Support US Operations
Following the establishment of a Delaware subsidiary in September 2025, Graphy is building an SMA-dedicated central lab and production facility in Florida. The hub is intended to provide services from digital treatment planning to final appliance fabrication within the US. The company aims to secure more than 200 key clinic accounts in the second half of 2026.
Benco Dental Partnership to Widen Distribution
A key part of Graphy’s strategy is a new partnership with Benco Dental, the largest independent dental distributor in the US. Benco serves over 30,000 clinics, which represents approximately 23% of all US dental offices. Through this alliance, Graphy’s shape-memory materials, resin portfolio, and equipment will be available through Benco’s nationwide logistics network.
Alliance with SCHEU Group for Technical Validation
Graphy also announced a partnership with Germany’s SCHEU Group. According to the company, SCHEU Group’s adoption of Graphy’s SMA material serves as a validation of the material’s stability and precision. The agreement represents a formal recognition of Graphy’s technology by the European company, which celebrates its centennial in 2026.
Collaboration on Multi-Resin 3D Printing
At the Chicago events, Graphy also presented its collaboration with US-based FUGO Precision 3D, demonstrating centrifugal 3D printing technology. A highlight was the “Simultaneous Multi-Resin Printing” for monolithic full dentures, a process that enables the fabrication of a single-piece denture in one print. According to Graphy, this assembly-free process can reduce labor requirements by over 80%.
“The synergy between SCHEU’s 100-year legacy, Benco’s Tier-1 distribution power, and FUGO’s innovative production solutions will dramatically accelerate the clinical adoption of our SMA and digital prosthetic platforms. By delivering execution-driven results in the US market, we will maximize shareholder value and solidify our momentum for global expansion,” a Graphy spokesperson says in a release.
