Kiwi and DentalMonitoring have announced a strategic integration to support remote orthodontic care, streamline workflows, and enhance scalability for DSOs and private practices.

Kiwi and DentalMonitoring have entered into a strategic partnership to integrate their respective platforms—combining Kiwi’s task management and workflow optimization tools with DentalMonitoring’s AI-powered remote patient monitoring technology.

According to the companies, this integration enables orthodontists to manage cases remotely across multiple locations, reducing the need for in-person appointments by up to 70%. The combined solution also allows providers to delegate up to 90% of ortho-related tasks to clinical team members while using AI-driven monitoring to track patient progress weekly.

The partnership is designed to help DSOs scale orthodontic services across networks by allowing a smaller number of orthodontists to treat more patients without being physically present at every location. In addition to improving operational efficiency, the platform supports standardization of care protocols and real-time access to performance metrics.

“This integration marks a pivotal moment in orthodontic care,” said Kiwi CEO Akli Evangelos, DDS, MS. “By blending DentalMonitoring’s unparalleled AI-powered remote monitoring with Kiwi’s intelligent task management and workflow optimization platform, we are setting a new standard for efficiency, clinical precision, and patient engagement.”

The integrated platform is aimed at helping practices increase annual margin and aligner production while supporting patient convenience and enhancing clinical productivity. Providers will also be able to design cases, assign tasks, and manage ongoing treatment through a single interface.
