The American Association of Dental Office Managers (AADOM) has named Robyn Rossetter, business administrator for Amazing Smiles, Merritt Island, Fla, as the recipient of the seventh annual AADOM Office Manager of the Year Award, sponsored by CareCredit.
The AADOM annually recognizes dental professionals who provide exceptional patient care and are an inspiration and leader within their practice.
“Robyn quietly goes about changing patients’ lives,” wrote Duongvannak Keo, DMD, in his nomination letter. “She is the epitome of how a manager should run a thriving dental office. Robyn also extends these qualities outside the office as well. One example is the ‘Find a Family’ outreach program she created. Instead of having an office gift exchange during the holidays, she encouraged us to meet the needs of a local family throughout the entire year. She is inspiring.”
As the 2011 award winner, Rossetter will receive a special package provided by CareCredit, including complimentary registration to the 2012 AADOM Conference, a feature story in AADOM’s newsletter The Observer, and $1,000 in prize money.
