Trapezio, Acworth, Ga, has launched the Academy of Treatment Coordinators, an online course designed specifically for treatment coordinators. The 10-course program covers the new patient process in the orthodontic office from start to finish. Program topics include the initial phone call, details of the office tour, exam room protocols, and “closing the deal.”
The course is a part of Trapezio’s Learning Management System (LMS). The Trapezio LMS structures course content as building blocks and requires an examination at the end of each lesson.
