Supersmile®, New York, has launched a new Tahiti Vanilla Mint flavor for its collection of Professional Whitening Toothpastes. According to a press release from the company, the premium whitening, breath-freshening, and cavity-fighting formulas are clinically proven to whiten teeth four shades and up to six shades when used with the Supersmile Professional Whitening Accelerator.
Tahiti Vanilla Mint is described as a delicate fruity, floral flavor of tropical vanilla orchids with notes of licorice, cherry, and ground cinnamon melded with the vibrant cooling fresh taste of Yakima Valley peppermint.
The Tahiti Vanilla Mint Professional Whitening Toothpaste contains Calprox®, a proprietary technology of encapsulated calcium peroxide and minerals. According to the company, Calprox works by dissolving the sticky bio-film from the user’s teeth to which plaque, bacteria, and stains—such as coffee, tea, tobacco, and red wine—adhere. Calcium, magnesium, phosphates, and fluoride remineralize and restore enamel, and fight cavities without the risk of sensitivity.
