Adit has launched an orthodontic-specific version of its all-in-one practice management platform, designed to streamline treatment tracking, scheduling, communication, and payments.
Adit, a practice management software company serving dental and healthcare providers, has expanded its platform to include features designed for orthodontic practices. The update brings scheduling, patient communication, treatment tracking, and payment processing into one system.
Developed for Orthodontic Workflows
According to Adit, the platform was developed based on direct feedback from orthodontic practices. The system provides access to patient information, including appointment history, treatment details, insurance records, and account balances. Medical histories and patient forms are collected and synced automatically based on the type of appointment.
The platform also includes automated tools for managing cancellations. When openings occur, the system can notify patients on a waitlist and provide rebooking options. Practices can also send targeted messages to patient groups based on treatment stage or appointment status. Messages can be customized by appointment type and sent in multiple languages.
Payment Processing and Integration
Adit’s payment feature, Adit Pay, allows patients to make payments by text. Payments are automatically posted to patient accounts. The system also supports payment plans and membership options.
“We didn’t just copy-paste our dental tools,” said Ali Jhaver, CEO of Adit. “We spent time with orthodontists, observed their flow, and created a system that handles everything from fixed appliances to aligner trays and multi-phase treatment tracking. It’s all connected, and it’s all automated.”
Early Use and Enrollment Offer
Adit reports that early users of the orthodontic platform have seen improvements in rebooking and scheduling. Orthodontic practices that enroll in the company’s early adoption program can receive 3 months of the service at no charge.
