Align Technology has launched coordinated global campaigns to promote its Invisalign solutions for kids and teens, highlighting its full range of clear aligner products for growing patients.
Align Technology has announced two new integrated global campaigns—“Invisalign for Kids” for consumers and “Growing Patients” for professionals—highlighting its range of Invisalign products designed to meet the needs of kids and teens.
Focus on Early and Comprehensive Care
The campaigns emphasize the company’s end-to-end Invisalign treatment options for growing patients, starting as early as age 6. The product lineup supports both Phase 1 and Phase 2 orthodontic treatment and includes solutions such as Invisalign First, the Invisalign Palatal Expander System, and the Invisalign System with mandibular advancement featuring occlusal blocks.

According to the American Association of Orthodontists, children should be screened by age 7. Align’s campaigns aim to raise awareness among parents and help orthodontists implement early intervention strategies that guide bone and dental development during a child’s growth.
Growing the Invisalign Product Line
Align’s offerings for kids and teens have expanded over more than 15 years. Key developments include the introduction of Invisalign Teen in 2008, Invisalign First in 2018, and the 2023 launch of its first 3D-printed Palatal Expander. In 2025, the company added a mandibular advancement solution with integrated occlusal blocks for earlier treatment of Class II cases.

Resources for Orthodontic Practices
The “Growing Patients” campaign provides orthodontists with educational tools and product details to support treatment planning for kids and teens across developmental stages. Align’s goal is to support broader clinical adoption and reinforce the predictability of outcomes with its clear aligner options.
“Our commitment is to support our doctors in treating patients through every step of their journey—from first visit to a lasting smile,” said Michael Smith, vice president of product management at Align. “This new integrated campaign highlights the unique product offerings within our growing patient portfolio and how we are innovating in digital orthodontics to empower doctors to transform smiles and change lives.”
Backed by Data and Long-Term Investment
Align’s focus on growing patients is supported by over 20 million Invisalign treatments and 28 years of anonymized case data. The company says its campaigns reflect an ongoing investment in the segment and aim to drive increased awareness and use of clear aligners among younger patients.
“As kids and teens age and grow, orthodontic treatment needs to address both tooth movement and dental facial orthopedic or skeletal movement,” said Dr Mitra Derakhshan, executive vice president, chief clinical officer. “Align has developed an extensive end-to-end portfolio that helps doctors treat a range of case types including the most complex cases, and growing patients and kids as young as 6.”
