DePascale becomes the first associate doctor within the orthodontic service organization to become a partner doctor, moving along the pathway to ownership and equity within the organization.
Orthodontic Partners, a national orthodontic service organization (OSO), announced that Mike DePascale, DMD, MS, of Kozlowski Orthodontics has become a partner doctor and joins the leadership team as co-clinical director at Kozlowski Orthodontics. Pascale is the first orthodontic associate at an Orthodontic Partners practice to be promoted to partner doctor.
According to a press release from the organization, his promotion marks the opportunity at Orthodontic Partners for associate doctors in the years to come, as Orthodontic Partners seeks to provide pathways to ownership and equity with the organization.
