OrVance agreed to manage the sales and distribution of DOC Brands’ oral health products while sharing costs and profits.
OrVance, a developer of proprietary oral health products, announced an exclusive licensing agreement with DOC Brands.
DOC Brands is an emerging consumer oral care company manufacturing and selling products marketed under the Dentemp brand.
Under the terms of the agreement between the two companies, DOC Brands will manage all operations, marketing, sales, and distribution of the OrVance products while sharing the costs, expected synergies, and profits generated by the partnership.

David Fox was named to lead the partnership venture as the commercial lead and senior advisor to DOC Brands. Fox is an oral care consumer packaged goods executive with nearly 20 years of experience, including as president and chief executive officer of DenTek Oral Care and general manager/vice president of global oral care at Church & Dwight.
