The virtual conference, which runs through Saturday, October 17, will feature networking events to keep dental practitioners connected with colleagues.

The American Dental Association (ADA) and the Florida Dental Association (FDA) are hosting the ADA FDC Virtual Connect Conference, now through Saturday, October 17.

According to the associations, the live and on-demand experience is packed with new features and engaging activities designed to make the most of the virtual environment. ADA FDC 2020 will integrate its members’ professional and personal growth needs with their daily lives. Attendees can enjoy live CE events with others and interact with speakers. Or, if they have a busy day, attendees can catch up later with on-demand access.

“At its essence, dentistry is about connection—to our patients, to our communities, and to each other,” said Nanette C. Tertel, DDS, 2020 ADA meeting chair. “Whether you are in a large practice or a solo practitioner, this connection empowers us to learn and grow as we work toward our vision to achieve optimal health for all.”

The event will also feature a number of virtual networking opportunities, including community meet-ups, trivia games, a virtual 5K walk, run, or cycle for Give Kids a Smile, morning wellness programs, and a concert by multiplatinum, five-time Grammy award winning group Lady A.
