Roncone Orthodontics International, Vista, Calif, is now enrolling for its 2013 JSOP® (Just Short of Perfect) seminar, presented by Ron Roncone, DDS, MS. The 16-day course takes place in four 4-day sessions over a 1-year period. The course covers several aspects facing an orthodontic practice, including strategic planning, financial issues, marketing, enrolling patients, diagnostics, treatment planning, clinical treatment, emphasizing efficiencies, and staff training.
The first session, titled “The Business of Orthodontics” takes place January 24 to 27, 2013. The second session, titled “Clinical Systems I,” takes place April 25 to 28, 2013. Session three, “Clinical Systems II,” will be held August 15 to 18, 2013. And the fourth session, titled “Marketing, Enrollment & Communication,” will take place November 14 to 17, 2013.
