SmartPractice, Phoenix, and SmartScrubs, Phoenix, will host the ninth annual SmartScramble Charity Golf Tournamenton May 6, 2011, in Scottsdale, Ariz. The event will benefit the Give Kids aSmile Children’s Dental Access Program. Last year, the event raised$20,000 to help underserved children in Arizona with everything fromtheir first dental checkup to minor oral surgery.

For the first time, this year’s event features an opportunity to earnfour CE credits with a seminar titled "Social Media Secrets You Need toKnow to Grow Your Practice," presented by Jan Hill of SM3 DentalMarketing. All class attendees will receive $100 off registration toanother four CE-credit event, "The Christensen Bottom Line," that willbe presented by Gordon J. Christensen, DDS, at the Temple Center forthe Arts on September 1, 2011.

Registration for the golf tournament is $125 and includes one round ofgolf and meals at the McCormick Ranch Gold Club. Participants will alsoreceive a sleeve of golf balls, a golf shirt, an umbrella, and atowel. Registration for the Social Media class is an additional $100.
