Smile Zone Orthodontics,Louisville, Colo, recently engaged its patients by holding an essay-writing contest for school-agechildren. Entrants were asked to write about "What I did this summer."
Orthodontist Jonathan Weinbach, DDS, MS (pictured), encouraged them to use humor and creativity in their writing.Smile Zone is accepting entries at its office until September 15, 2010,at which point the judging will start.
Local schoolteachers will evaluate the entries on length, creativity,and grammatical use. First-, second-, and third-place prizes will beawarded.
