SmileFy has launched ONE-CLICK AI Smile Design, a tool that allows clinicians to instantly generate smile simulations and 3D print-ready treatment plans from a single patient photo.
SmileFy has released ONE-CLICK AI Smile Design, a new tool that allows clinicians to instantly generate AI-powered smile simulations and convert them into 3D print-ready treatment plans. The tool is designed to support restorative and cosmetic dentistry workflows in a matter of minutes.
Instant Smile Simulation from a Single Photo
With the new feature, a clinician can upload a frontal patient photo to generate a simulation. According to the company, SmileFy’s AI analyzes facial flow, dental proportions, and digital smile design rules to produce a natural-looking simulation. The system supports various treatments, including orthodontic cases, smile makeovers, whitening, crown lengthening, and All-on-X planning.
The tool also includes SmileFy AVA (AI Video Animation), which creates a video of the patient with the proposed smile. According to the company, this visual tool increases patient engagement and encourages immediate treatment acceptance.
In-Office 3D Treatment Planning
Clinicians can convert smile simulations into 3D print-ready designs directly in the SmileFy platform. The feature enables creation of 3D diagnostic wax-ups, mockups, veneer designs, crowns, provisionals, and transitional bridges. This eliminates the need for outsourcing and reduces the time between consultation and treatment.
Improving Workflow Efficiency
The tool aims to eliminate delays caused by traditional workflows that depend on manual design and third-party providers. With instant results and guided workflows, the system is designed to help clinicians deliver consistent outcomes in-house.
“Dentists no longer need to wait days or rely on external providers for every esthetic case,” said Ralph Georg, CEO of SmileFy. “ONE-CLICK AI Smile Design allows clinicians to produce simulations instantly and 3D print-ready designs within minutes, bringing digital dentistry to a new level of accessibility, simplicity, and—most importantly—predictability.”
