The update brings Invisalign and iTero scanner data into the Greyfinch software to help orthodontic practices manage patient care and daily operations.
Greyfinch has announced a new integration with Align Technology, bringing elements of the Invisalign System and iTero intraoral scanners into its practice management platform.
The integration combines these tools into a unified workflow within the Greyfinch system. This allows customers to manage Invisalign cases and iTero scanning workflows directly, which is designed to enhance treatment visibility and save time for orthodontic practices. Patient and treatment information flows between the systems to assist in coordinating care, tracking treatment progress, and managing operations.
“Our focus at Greyfinch has always been helping orthodontic practices run more efficiently by simplifying their day-to-day operations,” says Jake Gulick, president at Greyfinch, in a release. “Practices today rely on many different technologies, and our platform is uniquely designed to embed and connect those tools directly into clinical and operational workflows. Integrating with Align Technology’s ecosystem allows practices to manage Invisalign clear aligner treatments and iTero scanning workflows more seamlessly while keeping their teams focused on delivering great patient care.”
Supporting Connected Platforms
As the orthodontic industry shifts toward digital treatment models, the integration aims to support both clinical and operational efficiency through connected software.
“Integration is a critical part of how we support doctors as they continue to digitize their practices,” says Frank Quinn, evp and managing director, Americas, Align Technology, in a release. “By connecting with platforms like Greyfinch, we’re helping make digital workflows more seamless and intuitive, so doctors and their teams can work more efficiently and stay focused on delivering great patient care.”
The integration is currently available to orthodontic practices using the Greyfinch platform in the United States and Canada.
