The company has released an AI-powered platform to support the orthodontic journey from observation to retention, backed by a new pricing model for cost predictability.
DentalMonitoring has announced the launch of DM End-to-End, an AI-powered platform designed to support orthodontic care from observation through treatment and long-term retention. The launch includes a new cap fee pricing model aimed at providing financial predictability for practices.
Platform Connects Observation, Treatment, and Retention
DM End-to-End integrates the company’s AI technology, clinical insights, and patient communication tools into a single platform. According to the company, this allows practices to monitor patients between visits and structure observation and retention programs.
The system is designed to increase the conversion of observation patients, who typically represent 20% to 30% of a practice’s patient base, into active treatment. The platform supports three main phases of care:
- Observation/Pre-Treatment: Supports growth monitoring to help clinicians determine the appropriate time to begin treatment.
- Phase 2 Treatment: Provides remote monitoring to follow treatment progress and maintain communication between appointments.
- Retention: Supports long-term follow-up to detect potential risks and help protect treatment outcomes.
Cap Fee Model Aims for Financial Predictability
Alongside the platform, DentalMonitoring introduced the DM Cap Fee. This pricing model establishes a maximum fee per patient. Once the cap is reached, the practice will not be billed further for that patient’s orthodontic journey.
The fee covers observation and interceptive care, active treatment monitoring, and up to two years of retention monitoring.
“We know that financial predictability is key for practice growth,” says Oliver Gelles, head of global marketing communication of DentalMonitoring, in a release. “With the new DM Cap Fee, we are removing the barriers to remote monitoring. Doctors can now follow their patients from the first consultation through two years of retention with total cost transparency, ensuring the highest standard of care without the worry of incremental billing.”
