With new features coming to its uDesign Cloud platform and the recent launch of Reva thermoforming sheets, uLab Systems is reporting over 98% on-time delivery of its uSmile aligners.
uLab Systems plans to introduce several new features to its uDesign Cloud platform in the coming months. According to the company, tools from its desktop-based uDesign software will be integrated into the cloud platform, which was launched in April, including STL export for in-office printing, IPR staging, treatment velocity controls, multiple-tooth movement functions, and tooth segmentation tools.
The company also plans to add scanner integrations and internal workflow management functions, enabling practices to streamline data import and assign tasks within the platform.
Reva Thermoforming Sheets Now Available
The move follows uLab’s recent launch of Reva, a thermoforming sheet designed for in-office aligner fabrication. The material is available through the company’s online store and is intended for use in practices that produce aligners on-site. According to uLab, Reva is designed for clarity, durability, and ease of trimming and post-processing.
uSmile Aligner Delivery Rate Exceeds 98%
uLab reports that since early 2025, over 98% of uSmile aligner orders have shipped on time. The company states that this performance reflects ongoing improvements in manufacturing and logistics operations.
uLab implemented SmartRx forms within its uDesign Cloud platform to reduce modification cycles in uAssist-supported cases. The company states that the addition has shortened the time from case submission to approval. uLab also reports expanding its uAssist support team to meet demand for its treatment planning services.
