The new color option is designed to offer patients an aesthetic alternative while maintaining the clinical performance of the Aria Low-Profile Bracket System.

Henry Schein Orthodontics has introduced Aria Expressions Champagne Gold brackets, a new color option for its Aria Low-Profile Bracket System. The new shade is intended to provide practices with a way to differentiate their offerings and enhance the patient experience, according to the company.

Aesthetic and Functional Features

The Champagne Gold brackets feature an advanced Zirconium Nitride (ZrN) coating, that reportedly provides a durable, vibrant appearance that is both stain and scratch resistant. This new shade is designed to offer a modern aesthetic alternative to traditional metal appliances while maintaining the clinical performance and reliability of the Aria system.

According to the company, the brackets are biocompatible and feature a smooth, friction-optimized slot finish to reduce binding with the archwire. The low-profile design with smooth, rounded contours is intended to maximize patient comfort.

Core System Design

The Aria Bracket System is manufactured using Metal Injection Molding technology to maintain design precision and control. Key clinical features include a patented Horizontal Scribe Line (HSL) that provides visual cues for precise vertical positioning and placement. The system’s rhomboid-shaped brackets and pads are designed for placement control, while an anatomically contoured base helps seat the bracket on the tooth.

Prescriptions and Availability

The Aria Expressions Champagne Gold brackets are available in the MBT .022 prescription. The broader Aria line of low-profile brackets is also available in various Roth and MBT prescriptions, with multiple hook, non-hook, and off-set pad options. The brackets are constructed from 17-4 stainless steel and are available for order in 5×5 cases or in packs of 10.
