This month, the British Orthodontic Society (BOS) is celebrating its 25th anniversary. The largest specialist dental society in the United Kingdom, the BOS will mark the milestone at its annual conference in Harrogate, England, which takes place September 25 to 27.
The conference will draw from the society’s 1,800-plus members and feature lectures on alternatives to surgical orthodontic treatment, self-ligation, patient-centered approaches to improving efficiency of Class II treatment, and 3D imaging.
For the first time, the conference will include a program specifically for orthodontic therapists, along with an educational program for orthodontic nurses.
