365 DDS, Portland, Ore, has launched 365 DDS Connect (DC), an artificial intelligence powered telephone service for dental practices, including orthodontic practices.
The DC is a proprietary technology that automates the pairing of dental professionals to the end user. It can be used by a prospective patient who is looking for a new dental professional after a move or a new job. It can also be used by patients who need to see a dental professional today.
According to a press release from the company, DC can detect over 15 different points of criteria that it uses to make a recommendation to the user. As the DC learns, and technology expands, 365 hopes to use these insights to provide better services for their partners and expand the criteria for better recommendations.
DC is live in seven cities—Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Denver, Portland, Atlanta, and Dallas. 365 DDS is expanding DC coverage city-by-city with a goal to becoming fully national by 2019.

365 DDS developed and launched a suite of digital services for dental practices and an online oral health portal for end users in 2017.
