The collaboration will deploy an aligner training and implementation platform across the dental support organization’s 120 practices.

Clear Aligner Advisor, a dentist-led aligner training platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Smile Partners USA, a dental support organization with more than 120 practices nationwide.

Following a pilot program, Smile Partners USA will deploy the platform’s structured aligner education and implementation framework to support its associate dentists, increase clinical production, and improve doctor retention.

Platform Focuses on Implementation

Clear Aligner Advisor’s enterprise programs provide education, clinical support, standardized workflows, and accountability measures. The platform is designed to help DSOs increase aligner case starts by providing doctors with the training and operational systems needed for execution.

According to the company, doctors participating in pilot programs increased aligner case starts by an average of three additional cases per month. Partner organizations also reported associate retention rates of approximately 97% during active participation, according to a press release from Clear Aligner Advisor.

Supporting Clinical Growth and Consistency

Through the partnership, participating doctors will receive access to a customized education portal with on-demand training, live coaching, and ongoing support. The collaboration aims to function as an extension of Smile Partners USA’s clinical leadership team.

Dr John Poczatek, chief dental officer of Smile Partners USA, adds that the platform helps bridge the gap between education and clinical execution. “Their ability to combine clinical training, operational support, and ongoing accountability allows doctors to confidently diagnose and start cases while maintaining consistency across the organization,” Poczatek says in a release.

The partnership was facilitated by Invisalign’s special markets team.
