uLab Systems, creator of uDesign, treatment planning software for orthodontists, is expanding its product offering to include aligner manufacturing. The company will produce all aligners in a state-of-the-art facility to be located in Memphis, Tenn.

Located near a FedEx distribution center, uLab expects to be able to deliver aligners to orthodontic practices within 10 business days or less. The company will offer optional packaging that showcases the orthodontist’s brand.
uLab appointed industry veteran Tracy Bailey as executive vice president of manufacturing. He will lead the critical role of managing uLab’s commercial manufacturing operation.
