The company has made some necessary adjustments to its daily routines while still providing assistance, education, and order fulfillment in a timely manner.

Whip Mix Corp has issued an updated statement regarding COVID-19 to remind the public that the well-being of its customers and team members is the company’s top priority.

In a memo, James W. Myers, president of Whip-Mix Corp, reported that the company has been able to make some necessary adjustments to its daily routines while still providing assistance, education and order fulfillment in a timely manner.

In an effort to keep team members safe, Whip Mix has requested that an employee who is able to work remotely to do so. All gatherings and meetings are being held in large open areas instead of meeting rooms and all employees are required to follow social distancing rules of 6 feet of distance between team members at all times. Whip Mix has placed a variety of disinfecting products throughout the company with access for everyone and has performed regular deep cleaning sessions throughout the facility.

The company has multiple facilities across the globe and in the United States, and is considered a supplier, but will be following each local government’s direction on safety protocols and closures. Therefore, Whip Mix is complying with Colorado authorities and closing its Ft Collins facility until April 17. The Louisville facility is still operational and will follow the guidelines provided by the Governor and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Customer and technical support teams are still available, and the company is accepting orders. Customers are also encouraged to utilize online resources, including blogs, webinars, and videos located at whipmix.com.
