1-800-Dentist, Los Angeles, has introduced a new Web Feed feature to its Patient Activator® patient reminder service. The Web feed automatically submits member orthodontists’ information to Google, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, YellowPages.com, and other major Web sites and directories.
The information provided to local search sites includes the practice’s name, address, office hours, specialties, phone and e-mail contact information, Web address, and logo.
Patient Activator is a social media optimization and patient communications service that provides e-mail and text appointment confirmations, recall reminders, e-newsletters, and birthday greetings. The service also helps practices improve their Web presence and manage their online reputation.
