CliniPix Inc, Wellington, Fla, has introduced its latest ring-light. The company’s latest model features a metal show plate which helps prevent breakage common in other ring-lights. In addition, it avoids loss of contact between camera and flash, and eliminates missed images and user frustration, according to the company.
This high power output allows use of f:32 for images with the depth of field for full face and profile images with sufficient illumination in the oral cavity.
The ring-light can be used with either four standard alkaline or NiMH “AA” batteries. A “power saving” feature puts the flash in standby mode to save battery power.
The e-TTL model is designed for most Canon digital DSLR cameras. It is also available in an i-TTL unit, which can be used with many Nikon digital cameras. Adapter rings to fit most lenses are included.
The ring-light comes with full operating instructions, as well as unlimited toll-free phone support.
