Gestenco,Gothenburg, Sweden, has developed the Phantom 2.0, a second generationof its clear lingual Phantom bracket/tube system. The hybrid systemfeatures a ceramic bracket body with a metal archwire insert and polymerdoor.
According to the company, the ceramic body of the Phantom 2.0 allowsthe bracket to be smaller and the base to be more anatomical for each tooth.The polymer door is designed for patient comfort and to offerorthodontists a combination of passive and active treatment.
