Practicon Inc introduces Cavex GreenClean Alginate Remover, which dissolves hardened alginate and plaster residues by breaking down the organic matrix. According to the company, after a 15- to 30-minute immersion, impression trays, spatulas, and bowls rinse clean, with no more scraping or scouring. The pH-neutral, biodegradable powder has a light citrus scent. Cavex GreenClean comes in a 1-kg jar with a scoop, and cleans up to 500 trays.
