Ormco Corp announced its next webinar—a 1-hour live CE course focused on clear aligner treatment planning tools. The webinar, titled “The 5 Kays: Gaining Confidence with Clear Aligner Treatment Planning Tools,” will take place April 29, 2021 from 5:30-6:30 pm PDT.
The webinar is available for 1 CE credit.
Bill Dischinger, DMD, will lead the course, in which he will share how he transformed his traditional orthodontic practice treating 80% of his patients with self-ligating braces to 80% treated with clear aligners. Dischinger reportedly will present a variety of more complex cases to illustrate the flexibility, control, and predictability of the Spark Clear Aligner System.
Attendees can expect to come away from the webinar with an understanding of the key tools to optimize clinical productivity, as well as how to incorporate bite correction in conjunction with clear aligner treatment. The webinar will also include a demonstration utilizing the Approver software to showcase the advantages of the program.
This course is designed for the orthodontic specialist with clear aligner case experience or those who are interested in advancing their clinical skills with complex treatment modalities.
Dischinger received his dental degree from Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry and his certificate in orthodontics from Tufts University. In private practice in Lake Oswego and Canby, Ore, he also serves as adjunct professor in orthodontics at the University of The Pacific in San Francisco. As an Ormco key expert, Dischinger was invited to trial the Spark clear aligner system in 2018 and is lecturing on his experience with Spark worldwide. Having employed the Damon system for 21 years, he is also a Damon system certified educator, and lectures around the world on a variety of subjects.
