Carestream Dental, Atlanta, will host the Global Oral Health Summit, a new comprehensive educational event, designed to bring dental, orthodontic, and OMS professionals together under one roof. Registration is now open for the summit, which will take place November 10 to 13, 2016, at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
The Global Oral Health Summit takes the place of Carestream Dental’s three separate Users’ Meetings and is open to all oral healthcare professionals, both doctors and staff. The event is open to both Carestream Dental software and equipment users and nonusers.
Speakers at the summit will include Dr Craig Misch of the Misch International Implant Institute; Dr Tom Pitts of Ortho Classic; Dr John Khademi; Dr Ben Burris; Dr Kanyon Keeney; Dr David Little; and Dr Mark Setter, as well as many others. CE credits are available to attendees.
The summit will include the Carestream Dental software training sessions that were featured at past Users’ Meetings. Different tracks are available to CS SoftDent, CS PracticeWorks, CS WinOMS, and CS OrthoTrac users so that attendees can participate in the classes most relevant to them. In addition, and new this year, “super users” of the software will step into the role of trainer and share their tips and tricks.
The summit will open with keynote speaker Laura Schwartz, former White House director of events. She is the author of Eat, Drink and Succeed and an international television commentator. She will share the networking secrets that skyrocketed her onto the world stage along with personal anecdotes from her life and White House years.
The Global Oral Health Summit will also host various technology exhibitors.
