The Pride Institute, Novato, Calif, a practice-management consulting and training services company for dental specialties, has launched a new orthodontic consulting division. The division will focus exclusively on providing orthodontists with customized practice-management tools skill development to support the improvement and growth of their practices.
The orthodontic division’s programs focus on leadership and enhancing an orthodontist’s ability to manage systems and practices, as well as expanding their knowledge about branding and using social media and online strategies. Currently, Pride offers tools such as Sudden Impact Assessments and Full Intensive Diagnostics.
