Planet DDS expands its DentalOS partner ecosystem with new API integrations and consulting partnerships aimed at improving interoperability, security, and profitability for dental and orthodontic practices.

Planet DDS announced the expansion of its DentalOS partner ecosystem, adding API partners Mango Voice and Voicify, as well as consulting partner Thinc Forward. The company says the move supports its mission to give DSOs and multi-location practices greater flexibility to build secure, cloud-based technology stacks that improve operations and profitability.

Enhancing Interoperability Through API Innovation

Mango Voice, a provider of cloud-based VoIP solutions, now integrates with both Denticon and Cloud 9 practice management systems, marking one of the first end-to-end telephony integrations within Planet DDS’s suite of solutions.

“As one of the first to build deep integrations with Planet DDS, Mango Voice is thrilled about the powerful opportunity this partnership brings to both the dental and orthodontic spaces,” said Kevin Tallman, CEO of Mango Voice.

Also joining the DentalOS platform is Voicify, a company specializing in smart voice communication and digital engagement. Voicify’s integration with Denticon is aimed at improving patient experience and operational workflows while maintaining data security.

“Our partnership with Planet DDS underscores Voicify’s commitment to transforming patient interactions through secure, deeply integrated voice AI,” said Jeff McMahon, CEO of Voicify.

Trusted Consultants Supporting Growth and Security

Planet DDS has also added Thinc Forward as a certified reseller and IT consultant. Thinc Forward will now offer Apteryx cloud imaging software as part of its services, building on its existing support for Denticon, Cloud 9, and Apteryx users.

“We’re proud to collaborate with Planet DDS to support the success of its users—enhancing operational efficiency, strengthening security, and driving growth for dental practices through innovative technology,” said Dan DiOrio, CEO of Thinc Forward.
