Planet DDS has introduced MyTooth, a mobile-first patient platform integrated with Denticon to support online scheduling and digital forms for DSOs.
Planet DDS introduced MyTooth, a patient-facing platform built directly into Denticon. The system allows dental support organizations (DSOs) and multi-location groups to offer mobile-first scheduling and intake forms while keeping staff workflows unchanged.
Extending Denticon for Patient Access
MyTooth connects directly to Denticon’s live data model. Patients can book appointments, verify their identity, complete intake packets, and upload documents from any device. All updates are made in real time, avoiding the syncing delays and duplicate data entries that can occur with third-party systems.
Addressing Workflow Fragmentation
According to PlanetDDS, many existing patient experience tools require separate platforms and manual data syncing, which can lead to failed updates and inefficiencies. MyTooth is designed to eliminate that by serving as a native layer within Denticon. Staff continue working in Denticon without managing dual systems.
Key features include a centralized dashboard for managing forms and bookings, customizable digital forms that update Denticon directly, online appointment scheduling synced with provider calendars, and a mobile-responsive interface branded to the dental organization.
