OP: What type of orthodontic products does your company offer?
Kilicoglu: Ortho-byte manufactures orthodontic products, such as brackets, bands, tubes, wires, coil springs, pliers, elastomerics, headgear, adhesives, cheek retractors, and LED lights.
OP: What is your most popular product?
Kilicoglu: We sell a lot of nickel-titanium wires. According to independent research organizations, our wires have a better surface finish and better quality than other wires currently on the market. We also offer free samples.
OP: Please describe the BRÄJEN™ UNIBOND™ orthodontic bonding system.
Kilicoglu: It is a self-etching, light-cured orthodontic bonding adhesive that changes color with every step of the treatment process. It eliminates the need for etching, rinsing, and drying. It has a bond strength of 22MPa. The adhesive seals completely, preventing decalcification. The viscosity of the paste eliminates bracket floatation. High light sensitivity of the material allows curing in 10 seconds with a visible curing light. It is resistant to discoloration and has no odor.
OP: How many types of headgear does your company offer?
Kilicoglu: We offer two types of face masks—Delair (red and blue), which can be adjusted in three dimensions, and Multiadjustable (red, blue, green, pink, purple, white, clear, and American flag). They are all available with accessories and extra pads.
OP: What is the ortho-points program?
Kilicoglu: We are one of the first companies that has started offering rewards for purchases. Every dollar spent receives a point, and points can be redeemed for products as well as merchandise.
