The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) is now accepting applications for the 2015 AAO Emerging Leaders Conference at the Loews South Beach Resort in Miami on February 5, 2015, preceding the AAO Winter Conference.
The conference will be limited to 75 emerging AAO leaders who are either second- or third-year residents and AAO members, members in practice for less than 10 years, and members in practice for more than 10 years but who are not actively involved in AAO national, regional, or local leadership.
Attendees will learn how to apply leadership concepts throughout their careers, have the chance to provide input about critical issues within AAO, and make connections with peers and association leaders.
Most costs of the conference will be covered by AAO, including airfare reimbursed up to $400.
