The American Association of Orthodontists will hold its 2027 Annual Session in Vancouver, marking the first time the event will be held in British Columbia.
The American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) 2027 Annual Session will take place June 4 to 6, 2027 at the Vancouver Convention Centre, marking the first time in the organization’s 125-year history that the event will be held in British Columbia, Canada.
Global Attendance Expected
The Annual Session is expected to attract more than 10,000 attendees. Nearly one-third of participants typically come from international locations, representing more than 90 countries.
Education and Clinical Programming
The 2027 event will feature more than 100 lectures from leading orthodontic clinicians, researchers, and practice management experts. Sessions will focus on the latest in clinical techniques, scientific advances, and practice operations.
Exhibit Hall and Industry Participation
The AAO Annual Session Exhibit Hall will include top orthodontic companies presenting new products and services relevant to orthodontic practices.
AAO Leadership Statement

Expanded Meeting Format
The session will also include pre-conference programming on Thursday, June 3, for those seeking an extended meeting experience. The event will feature keynote speakers and sessions aimed at both clinical education and personal and professional development.
