Registered guests are also encouraged to do a virtual stroll through the exhibit hall to view meeting specials and take advantage of roundtable opportunities.

The Southern Association of Orthodontists (SAO) is set to host its “Moving Forward SAO 2020 Virtual Meeting” for the very first time on October 16 and 17, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (ET).

Dental professionals and their colleagues will take a deep dive into timely topics such as:

  • Behind the Scenes of a 5 Star Team;
  • Navigating Financial Decisions All Orthodontic Practice Owners Face;
  • Top 20 Marketing and Communication Elements Your Practice Needs to Be Effective in 2021; and much more.

Attendees will earn up to 24 hours of on demand education, and the learning platform will remain open and accessible after the meeting.

After registering for the meeting, attendees will receive unique log in credentials granting them access to the SAO’s virtual event hall, hosted on Polaris by OrthoScience. Early access to the virtual platform will begin on Thursday, October 8, so that registrants can familiarize themselves with the platform. This will enable dental professionals to start conversations with other colleagues; or peek inside the lecture hall and leave a note for the speaker.

Registered guests are encouraged to do a virtual stroll through the exhibit hall to view meeting specials and roundtable opportunities. The exhibit hall will showcase featured vendors in a way that is tailored to provide participants with a user-friendly experience. While content can be previewed during the dental professionals’ availability and own schedule, full access will open October 16 and 17 for those who want to collaborate digitally in a concurrent fashion to maximize engagement.

The mission of the SAO is to support its members through promotion of the specialty of orthodontics dedicated to quality patient care, continuing education, and political advocacy.
