Allure Ortho showcases its new aligner system, Aligners By Allure, and Ortho Rescue Kit, prioritizing innovation and affordability for orthodontic practices.
Named a 2020 AAO Supplier of the Year and a finalist for Best Big Bracket Company at the Annual Orthodontic Awards in 2023 and 2024, Allure Ortho continues to expand its offerings for orthodontic practices. In this interview, CEO Dan Elkin discusses the company’s new all-inclusive aligner system, developed in partnership with ARCAD, and the Ortho Rescue Kit, designed to help braces patients address minor emergencies at home. Elkin also outlines how Allure’s focus on customer service and cost-effective solutions aims to support orthodontists and their patients.
Orthodontic Products: Allure Ortho now offers an all-inclusive aligner system through a partnership with ARCAD, a technology company specializing in 3D orthodontic treatment solutions. Why did Allure choose ARCAD as its partner?
Dan Elkin: Because like us, they believe in standing behind their product and providing excellent customer service. They have been a top lab and industry leader for many years and are always at the forefront of the latest and greatest technology. Their aligner software is state of the art and user friendly, with superior results.

OP: What can orthodontists expect from this new aligner system?
Elkin: They can expect consistent, reliable results, with an easy to use software system that allows them to have total control at a very competitive price. And this is paired with the popular Zendura Flex aligner material. Aligners By Allure is an all-inclusive system with free treatment planning and a full aligner package. This includes a full sequence of aligners, a slim aligner case, an aligner remover, as well as Align-EEZ, a tool for perfectly seating your aligners for the best possible results.
OP: What distinguishes the Allure aligner system from other options available on the market?
Elkin: Foremost, it’s got Allure Ortho’s customer service behind it. When you couple that with a great aligner system, you get a team that’s a cut above the rest. We also feel the pricing of $19 per aligner with no extra fees is very cost effective for the doctor, especially with less complex cases that may only need 20 aligners or so. Instead of paying a minimum tier price of say $699, the doctor would only pay for the 20 aligners, which is only $380 for that patient, not a penny more—and still get the full all-inclusive package with no extra cost.
OP: Allure also has a new offering for braces patients: the Ortho Rescue Kit. This kit is equipped with items to help patients address issues at home instead of coming in for an emergency visit. What does the kit include?
Elkin: The kit includes a cut and safety hold distal end cutter, Braces Relief Gel to eliminate pain, wax to also help with pain, a #5 mouth mirror, a plastic pusher to push away a poking wire, and an alcohol prep pad. Everything you need to tame a pokey wire and eliminate an emergency visit. This kit gives patients the tools to find pain relief at home with a clean instrument instead of dad’s nail clipper; and eliminates emergency visits to the office, saving the doctor a lot of time and money.
OP: The kit can be customized with a practice’s branding. Do you recommend this as a standard item for all braces patients? Are discounts available for bulk orders?
Elkin: The kit can absolutely be customized with your office logo. This is an ideal marketing piece that can be given to and used in school nurses’ offices, day camps, and after school programs. Not only is your brand seen, but it’s seen during an orthodontic emergency, letting your practice play the hero. The price of the kit does come down on bulk orders, and every order over 108 kits gets your logo printed on it for free.
OP: Looking at the company as a whole, what makes Allure Ortho stand out from other orthodontic companies in the market?
Elkin: With our full orthodontic product line, the industry’s best bracket deals, and some of the best pliers on the market—including our T2000LS, the #1 flush cut on the market—we can save orthodontic practices a ton of time and money. With that said, it is our unmatched customer service that has really contributed to the growth of Allure Ortho. Word of mouth has been the key, with doctors continuously praising our products, customer service, and pricing through all the different social media platforms. The relationships that we have been able to build with our customers have made all the difference in the world; and there is no better feeling. We look at our customers as an extension of the Allure family.
