Opal Orthodontics and Ultradent Products, South Jordan, Utah, have opened an on-site clinic. The Opal Orthodontics Clinic/Ultradent Dental Clinic is a facility designed for product research, development, and training to include clinical care for employees of both organizations. The facility contains a video imaging system, a cone beam CT, and Dolphin Imaging™ and Practice Management orthodontic software.
The clinic will service employees and dependents of Opal Orthodontics and Ultradent Products Inc. Clinical treatments will be subsidized by both organizations. Rich Tuttle, DDS, was responsible for overseeing the conceptual plans for the clinic as well as the construction. The clinic’s highly trained staff will include Dr Tim Belnap, a graduate of Northwestern University with more than 15 years of experience, and Nikole Whitney, an orthodontic clinic manager with 15 years of experience in orthodontic care.
