Accutech Orthodontic Lab Inc has appointed Sean Ruppert, CDT, to the position of Client Service Manager.
According to Daryl Mathias, CDT, Accutech’s chief marketing officer, Ruppert will assist all new and existing clients with a focus on providing the best customer service possible. He will work closely with Accutech’s production team and quality control managers, and will contact all Accutech clients on a regular basis. Ruppert will also make personal office visits and attend trade shows to meet with clients in efforts to help them achieve their goals.
“Sean has been a true leader to Accutech’s production team, and he will be a tremendous asset to our clients in his new position,” said Mathias. “Sean was perfect for this appointment. He has plenty of clinical orthodontic chairside experience and is a highly skilled laboratory technician in all areas of appliance design and fabrication.”
Ruppert has worked at Accutech since 1996. He started as a laboratory technician. For the last 7 years, he was the production manager at the lab’s Richmond location.
