American Orthodontics, Sheboygan, Wis, announced that its Harmony Digital Lingual System now accepts scans from more intraoral scanner manufacturers. The company also has added a number of educational opportunities for Harmony users.

Harmony now accepts scans from the majority of scanner manufacturers, including iTero®, 3Shape, Lythos™, and Sirona CEREC®.

The company has also expanded its educational offerings for the Harmony system in both the United States and Europe. New in-office courses are now being offered in Spain and France. The course in Spain will be led by Dr Pablo Tapia, while the course in Nancy, France, will be led by Dr Jean Francois Cuzin. Several dates are available for these courses, and more information is available at events.americanortho.com.

In the United States, Dr Brandon Comella will lead the Harmony Expert Course, a 2-day training course in Rochester, NY, which covers all aspects of incorporating Harmony into a practice. Registration and more information can be found at harmonyexpert.com.

Comella, along with Dr Stephan Tisseront, will be a speaker at the American Lingual Orthodontic Association (ALOA) Congress on May 15 in San Francisco. The ALOA Congress, sponsored by American Orthodontics, is being held just prior to the start of the American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session, also being held in San Francisco. Comella will also be at the American Orthodontics booth at the AAO Annual Session on Saturday, May 16.
