The Colorado Orthodontic Foundation (COF), in partnership with Rocky Mountain Orthodontics, will be launching a new fundraising campaign at the upcoming AAO Annual Session in Honolulu. The COF will be offering pairs of authentic Havaianas flip-flops for a suggested donation of $15 as part of its “Heart and Sole” campaign. Typically these flip-flops sell for $25 to $30 in stores.
The COF provides access to orthodontic health care for low-income communities. Local orthodontists donate their time and skills to treat eligible patients, either in their private practices or in donated clinic space. The COF has been able to provide braces to more than 150 children.
