DENTSPLY International’s Acquisition of Astra Tech Approved

DENTSPLY International Inc,York, Pa, has received regulatory approval to proceed with itsacquisition of shares of the Swedish Astra Tech AB, a dentalimplant provider, from AstraZeneca. The transaction was expected to close on August 31.
