The new system, whichis exclusively available through Henry Schein Dental, is designed to help orthodontistscategorize prospective employees by matching candidates’ credentials tojob openings.
The system features six of the most common job profiles, includinghygienist, office manager, and treatment coordinator. Profiles aredelivered as modules that include customizable, prebuilt jobdescriptions; online tests and questionnaires; candidate rankingreports; interview guides; and reference checks. The system integratesinformation from a number of popular job boards.
