Planmeca Oy, Roselle, Ill, has introduced a number of new consoles for the dental space. The new line of Evolution Consoles includes the Evolution 12 O’Clock (pictured), Evolution Central Island Console, and Evolution Side Console. According to the company, all feature quick and easy integration of modern technology. They offer ethernet and 3.0 USB connections, as well as PlanScan® (digital scanner) integration, CPU storage, LED lighting, and medical grade duplex GFCI outlets.
The consoles features Corian® work surfaces, powder coated steel bases, writing shelf, pass-thru x-ray apron, x-ray safety door lock, and soft-close drawers/doors. The units are expandable to allow for future technology adaptation.
