tab32, Irvine, Calif, has released a HIPAA secured online patient-forms solution that does not require the additional burden of a patient login. The patient information, medical history, etc, can be filled from anywhere and from any device, according to tab32.
Links to the form can be sent via email or embedded within the practice website. Submitted forms are added to the patient record within the cloud-based Dental EHR platrom.
The new software feature is available to HelloPatient and Dental PM platform users.
