TeleVox, Mobile, Ala, has added two new features to it T. LINK online patient portal.
The new T.LINK Mobile feature makes a practice’s Web site available via a mobile device or web browser. This allows patients and responsible parties to use their smart phones to view appointment and account information; make payments; click a link to call the office; or get basic information about the practice, including maps.
Also, T.LINK can now send patient-satisfaction surveys to patients. These surveys are designed to help the office gauge satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement. Users collect comments patients have about the practice and can view the results of individual surveys or a summary displayed on a graphical results chart.
